i was going through an IPSA phase when i saw this in the concealer rankings of a japanese beauty magazine (can’t remember which one though ^ ^;) so i picked it up the next time i passed by a counter and i’ve been using it ever since. +*:;;;:*(σ￫ˇ∀￩)σ♪♫♬
this comes in two shades, 1 (pink) and 2 (yellow). i bought the yellow shade as i tend to avoid pink-toned products due to facial redness. (；´Д`A “`
this is a liquid concealer and a brush tip applicator is attached to the inside of the lid for easy application. i usually brush a little onto my undereye area and then use a finger to spread and blend it out lightly. according to the SA i bought it from, you’re supposed to sweep your finger across the undereye area as opposed to the usual patting motion, Σ(っﾟДﾟ；)っ and this is what i do. i find it easier to apply and blend when my skin is still a little moist and damp from moisturiser.
the yellow shade tends to be a little darker than my actual skin tone even when blended out, but i apply a little foundation over it so you can’t tell. ヾ(´Д｀;●) ォィォィ this concealer does, however, do a decent job at concealing my undereye area, but probably not completely. i don’t think i have very serious undereye circles though they’re pretty much permanent. 囧 i haven’t tried the pink shade so i’m not sure what it’s like.
i also like the fact that, unlike the (famous? XD) CLE DE PEAU concealer, it isn’t dry and doesn’t cake on my undereye area (which can get quite dry) at all. ヶﾗ((´∀｀*))ヶﾗ((*´∀｀))ヶﾗ (coverage-wise, IPSA and CLE DE PEAU are about the same to me) it also lasts the whole day without slipping or disappearing. so overall i’m happy with it and contemplating whether to get a spare… just in case it finishes soon. ヾ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ゛ｷｬｯｷｬｯ
